The Human Resources Network will expand into Dallas and Seattle in May with plans to move into the Houston, Chicago and Portland markets by year-end.

Minneapolis, Minn. (PRWEB) April 16, 2014 — Modern Survey, a Minneapolis-based human capital measurement firm, has announced the expansion of the People Performance Network (PPN) into the Dallas and Seattle markets. The network promotes thought leadership, innovation and research for human resources professionals began in Minneapolis in 2010. After a series of successful events and membership that includes prominent companies like Ameriprise Financial, Best Buy, Cargill, Medtronic and U.S. Bank, Modern Survey reported it has plans to move the network into five new markets.

“The People Performance Network has exceeded our original vision and it is clear that HR professionals in other markets are thirsting for the content we provide along with the opportunity to share ideas and best practices with their peers at similar companies,” says Don MacPherson, President of Modern Survey.

The PPN was originally conceived in 2009 and has grown every year since the first event in 2010. “Minnesota has a very diverse set of companies with strong human capital strategies. When we look at Dallas and Seattle, we see a similar corporate diversity. That enables us to learn from the members just as much as we are able to teach them,” says MacPherson.

The Dallas event will take place at The Palm Restaurant in downtown Dallas on May 14th. The Seattle event will take place at Cutter’s Crabhouse on May 15th near Pike’s Market in Seattle.

The People Performance Network is an organization of members who meet annually to discuss human capital best practices. To request a free membership to this network, please go to Member companies include 3M, General Mills, Best Buy, Select Comfort, Medtronic, Thrivent Financial, Stratasys, Hyatt, Americold and over 50 other companies.
